Please wake up

I saw this and almost started crying. This is obviously them on the cod in the panic room. And I thought: What if Dean had stayed with Sam during his detox? What if he´d been there through all of the painful halucinations? Maybe he´d have had to tie Sam down at some point because he was hurting himself and Dean while being flung through the room by unseen powers. So he tied him to the cod. But he never left him alone. Not for a second. He kept talking to Sam, calm, soothing words, to let him know he was there. And he kept touching him. To ground him. To anchor him in reality as best as he could. He ended up lying on top of his brother when Sam started having seizures again. But Dean´s weight, Dean´s presence seemed to work. And, ever so slowly, Sam calmed down, until he finally fell asleep, ever so exhausted. Dean still didn´t move an inch away from Sam. He kept wispering soothing words, until he too fell asleep.
